Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Clipmefy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Clipmefy is an AI-powered short-form video creation tool. It uses large language models and text-to-speech technology to generate scripts, voiceovers, and assembled video files from topics you provide.

AI-generated content notice: All scripts and voiceovers produced by Clipmefy are generated by artificial intelligence (Groq for scripts, ElevenLabs for voice). You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Clipmefy.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

You may not use Clipmefy to create, distribute, or promote:

• Content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
• Misinformation or content intended to deceive.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Content targeting or harmful to minors.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You own the content you provide to Clipmefy (your topics, custom text, uploaded assets). You also own the videos Clipmefy generates for you.

By using the service, you grant Clipmefy a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your videos. We do not use your content to train AI models.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

Clipmefy is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipmefy's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content produced by the service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms or for extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months on a free plan).

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
